    Hi Jasmine,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please confirm the exact issue you are having? As I checked your form and all the fields are being synced. Are you having an issue with a specific field Or all the data from your form is not being synced? Also, can you please check and confirm if all the fields are selected to send to Google Sheets? It's easy, let's do it:

    1. In your form builder, click on Settings on the Orange Navigation bar.
    2. Click on Integrations and select Google Sheets.
    3. Now click on Edit Integration and make sure that all the fields you want to send data are checked.
    4. Click on Save. Link between online form and excel Image 1 Screenshot 20

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi thank you!

    Indeed there was an issue.

Now it says that the integration is up and running but I still can't see the new application (François Guay) in the excel file.

Please let me know what I can do.

    Many thanks,

    Jasmine

    Hi Jasmine,

Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, can you try removing and redding Google Sheets integration? Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.

    3. Click on Google Sheets, select Remove Integration, and then click on Yes Remove.

    4. In the same menu, click on Google Sheets, connect your Google account, and complete the wizard.

    Hi,

I followed your indications and now a new tab opens in the excel file. The information does not open directly in the tab where I have the rest of the information. This is not ideal.

Also, the hyperlinks in the excel file do not open. Can you help with this specifically ?

    Merci,

    Jasmine

    Hi Jasmine,

Thanks for getting back to us. If I am understanding you correctly, the data from the submissions are being stored in a new tab instead of the old one. Can you please share the URL of the sheet if there is no personal data? Also, can you please send us a screenshot of the error message you see when you try to open the hyperlink? We have a guide here explaining how to attach screenshots in the support forum.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
