How to send email to multiple people only sometimes

I run a training business and was wondering how when clients select a trainer to work with how can the email only go the business and the trainer but not everybody ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For this purpose, you can assign a value (trainer email address) to the name of the trainer. Once the client select a trainer, the trainer email address will be passed to the email field. I can walk you through setting that up:

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Basic tab, drag and drop the element to your form.
• Scroll down to Basic Elements, drag and drop the Dropdown element to your form.
• Select the Dropdown and click on the Gear icon.
• Under the Options tab, list down the names of the trainer in the text box under Options.
• Scroll down a little bit and toggle the Calculation Values switch to On.
• Assign a value to each of the options.
  

Now, let's set up the Update/Calculate Field conditional logic.

1. Click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of Form Builder.
2. Select Conditions on the left side of the screen.
3. Select Update/Calculate Field from the options.
   
4. Set the condition to just like what you see in screenshot below:
   
5. Finally, click on Save.

Now, you can create an Autoresponder email exclusive for the trainers. That email will be sent to the trainer selected by your client.
