"Unknown Error" has deleted pages from app builder

    Hi Team

    An "unknow error" occurred after 7 hours of data input to the app builder today, causing me to lose the bulk of the work I had done! I have tried to review the history and revert back, but it just brings me to a copy of a form which I had built into the app I cannot edit this either, it is just a preview? I can't seem to find any other solutions to recover my work, but it says you have added this feature on your community blogs. Is this a targeted method to get users to pay because I was building using the free version as a demo for trial? Now I cannot find the app at all, just the preview images attached?

    Hi James,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you have previously saved the version of your forms, you can revert your form to the old version. This guide shows you the steps how to see the preview of the old version of your form and revert to it.

    I also noticed that the link to the form that you have shared seems to be deleted already. Can you confirm that you no longer need help on this?

    Hi William

    Yes I will still need your help, thanks for responding. To be clear I am working on the App Builder and NOT the Form Builder.

    Much of the information has returned since I sent this first message however the issue that has taken its place is far worse, seems to me in the Contact Information Properties it says, "An unexpected error occurred." Then when I have tried to go an access the check-out menu setting via the Store Properties tab it also now says "An unexpected error occurred."

    I have tried to undo, then log-out and back in again, reset the network which has otherwise been fine today and still facing the same issue. After the information that went missing this morning returned, the system has taken the checkout prompts, behaviours and responses in return. I had a moment's thought it may be the currency but when testing earlier it all worked fine and I even got an email with my own order.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. Can you try to share your app URL so we can take a look at it. I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches as an additional aid. I tested it on my end, and it appears that everything is working properly. Check out my screencast below:
