Upgrading my account

    Hi I upgraded to bronze yesterday and paid the money but my website is still saying forms over quota.  I was going to upgrade to the next level but don't want to pay twice, can you upgrade this for me so I only pay the difference between bronze and silver please.

    Hello,

    Your monthly payments are still higher than the limit for bronze, 10.

    I checked your subscription, here is the procedure we follow when upgrading users again who paid through PayPal.

    1-) We add you to a refund queue, and you will be refunded within 1-3 business days.

    2-) We ask you to cancel your subscription so you won't get charged again for your previous account type, https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

    3-) We downgrade your account back to FREE.

    4-) We ask you to log out from your account and log back in then upgrade your account from the pricing page or your account's billing page.

    If you confirm, we will proceed with the upgrade.

    Your account is now downgraded to Free and the refund for the Bronze subscription shall be processed in 5 to 7 business days. You may now upgrade your account to Silver normally from the billing/upgrade section in your account settings.
