Hi. Jotform says I've reached my upload limit, but I went ahead and cleaned out submissions, deleted uploads, and I have fewer than five forms that are active. Still, it won't work. Please help?

    Hi tlclocketprogram,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry if you're having difficulties with this. I checked your TLC Locket Program Submission Form, and it seems that you still have a lot of submissions and uploaded files to it. Can you try to double-check this and delete the uploaded files to free up space? By the way, we recommend downloading these submissions first before purging them in case you'll need them in the future.

    To delete the uploaded files:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the uploaded files you want to delete.
    2. Then, click on the trash icon to delete it.

If you also want to delete them in bulk, you will need to delete the whole submission data. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Jotform Tables, select the submission you want to delete.
    2. Then, click the Delete button on the right side of the page.
    3. Then, after a few seconds, click on the three-dot icon on the form's tab.
    4. Go to Trashed Entries.
    5. Select all the submission and click on Delete Forever.

That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.
