I've cleared my uploads but still have a message saying I've reached my limit. Is this something that needs to be done on your end?

    Thanks,

    Marin

    Hi Marin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that you deleted your forms and submissions. When you delete entries, they are temporarily stored in the Trash Folder for 30 days. To free up your upload space limit, you must purge the deleted submissions and forms from the Trashed Entries folder. Here’s how you can do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Trash on the lower left side.
    2. Hover your mouse over the forms and click on Purge. Form over quota is still showing after deleting the submissions Image 1 Screenshot 50
    3. Click on Confirm in the modal. Form over quota is still showing after deleting the submissions Image 2 Screenshot 61
    4. You can also delete all trash entries/forms at the same time. Select all forms and click on Purge at the top. Form over quota is still showing after deleting the submissions Image 3 Screenshot 72

But if you want to have a copy of your submissions before permanently deleting them, you can restore the forms and download the submissions:

You can check our guide on How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF and How to Delete Trashed Entries.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
