How do I activate the payment option for the reunion registration form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that your form uses Purchase Order tool, that means that the user of your form can submit the form without being required to pay. I would suggest that you change the Payment Gateway widget in your form, so a user would be able to pay before they submit the form. It is really easy switching the Payment method/integration in your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click Add Form Element on the Left side of the page.
2. Click Payments and search for Purchase Order Tool.
3. Click on the Three-dot Icon on the Purchase Order tool to open the menu.
4. Lastly, click on Switch Payment Gateway and choose your Payment Integration.

I amended it from PO to Cash App ... How would I check to see if it works? If I publish, can I go back into the back end and amend anything?

Thanks for patiently waiting. First, you must ensure that you already integrated your Square account with your form and perform a test submission. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Scroll down and look for the wand icon to open the Payment Settings.
3. In the Payment Settings tab, click the Connect via Square button and log in to your Square account.
4. Click on the Continue button.
