What specifically is "Upload Space" when my submission storage is supposed to be unlimited and I'm under every other account limit?

How do I manage this storage by deleting old stuff?

    Thanks

    Hi printstores,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upload space refers to the available disk space you can use account-wide for storing files uploaded on your forms. To clear your Upload Space, you need to delete submissions that contain file uploads. If these submissions have been removed from the Jotform Table, make sure to also delete them from the Trashed entries. Let me show you how:

Before proceeding with the steps, please download the submissions, as it will be permanently deleted.

    1. In Jotform Tables, check the submissions you want to delete.
    2. Click on the Delete button in the upper right corner of the screen.
    3. Click on the Three-dots located on the tab in the upper left of the screen, and then click on the Trashed entries.
    4. Click on Select All, click on Delete Forever, and then click on Delete.

That's it, your submissions are permanently deleted.
