Is it possible to create a form where you can upload multiple files?

    Hello,

    I am creating a music submission form, and I have a question. Is it possible to do something similar like the attached screenshot? If possible, I don't know how to do that.

    You can use the "File Upload" field and enable the "Multiple Files" option. You can enable this option in the Properties. Here's a guide: How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms.
