Jotform not sending data to emails

    Dear Support,

    Our forms has not been sending jotform data to emails optimally since yesterday.

    Today it has only send a few.


    From jotform database, the submissions are visible but not being submitted to the email addresses as per the conditions created. please urgent look into this.

    Hi

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked you Intake Form and I can see that the recipient's email address for the notification email is it.ke@airfloltd.com. As I checked further, it shows that this email address is in our Bounce List.

    If an address is in our bounce list, that means that it has been rejecting emails from our services. This could be due to anything from the inbox being full to the address blocking the emails as spam.

    It is possible to remove addresses from our bounce list from your end: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List. This will allow for attempting to send emails to that address once again. Please whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host as well to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.
