I have a form named Selfie Booth Overlay Selection. I can't seem to get the integration with Salesforce to work. I just need the overlay choices to map but it's not working.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I apologize for any confusion, but I'm having trouble fully understanding your concern. For us to assist you better, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

I'm trying to set this form up so when someone chooses a template from the form it updates the field named Selfie Booth Template with the selection.

How do I make that work?

    Hi digibooths,

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you check if the field types are matched correctly with your form and Salesforce? Usually, if the field types are not matched, it will also not be updated on your integration. You can check this guide to learn more about the field types available in Jotform that can be integrated with Salesforce.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

That article is no help to me. You can see the choices match though.

    Hi digibooths,

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your Integration and found that you haven't set up your Salesforce Integration. May we know what type of data field do you have for the Selfie Booth Template field in your Salesforce?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    It's a picklist.

    Hi digibooths,

Thanks for getting back to us. The dropdown picklist element requires having predefined options, so that means that you must have the same options on your dropdown in Jotform and your dropdown in Salesforce. Once you've done this, try again.
