Good morning,
I'm currently trying the free version of this service. I've created a form and saved it several times this week but each time it the form isn't saved and I have to continuously recreate it. I've confirmed each time that I do have saving enabled.

Hi April,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. When I checked on your form ID 241155141193044 Jotform tables, there were no saved drafts in the incomplete submissions. Check out my screenshot below.
When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Here is a screenshot when I click on the continue form.
Could you try using a different internet browser or incognito/private mode if it makes a difference? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Thank you for your prompt response. I've tried Mozilla, Chrome and Edge. The same problem persists. I confirmed this morning I enabled the Save and Continue Later option but just now I got back to it and again its disabled and I have no form. I've also cleared my cache twice today.

Hi April,
Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, are you referring to this form ID 241156454609054? If so, the save and continue later feature is enabled. Could you try it again? I can confirm that there is no saved draft in the incomplete submissions in your Jotform tables. Check out my sccreenshot below.
But if you are referring to a different form, in a different Jotform account. Could you share us your Form URL or username and email address so that we could check it on our end?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
