How to enable Save and Continue Later and add an edit link to the email notification?

    Good Afternoon,

When we first used Jot Form, only those who had a paid account could edit submissions or save for later. Is this still the case? We are sending out applications and wanted to include those options, but several of the agencies completing the applications do not have paid Jot Form accounts.

    Thank you for your assistance!

    Hi DioErieCharity,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Take note that the Save and Continue Later feature, and the edit submission option, are currently available for all plan types, including the Starter plan. Let me show you how to do it:

First, let's enable the Save and Continue Later feature:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of your Submit button, and click on the Advanced tab.
    2. Toggle on the switch for Save and Continue Later.

Now, let's add an edit link in your email notification:

    1. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    2. Click on the Pencil icon of your Autoresponder email.

    4. Click on Form Fields, and choose Edit Link.
    5. Click on Save.
