if using jotbot to get orders for t shirts

_ how do i know what type of membership i need? it would be around 115 orders

-if we add venmo as an option, is each order a submission ?

-if using venmo will it charge them a service fee ?

-am i able to have a tally showing all the orders?

if we do NOT have a payment option - does that require a membership?

    Hi auntiea17,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are talking about Jotform plans, we do have different types you can choose from. The current plan you have (Starter Plan), can only receive up to 100 submissions per month. If you are expecting to get 115 orders (submissions), you can upgrade to the Bronze Plan. Here's how you can upgrade:

    1. Click Pricing in the top right corner of your My Forms page, next to your profile avatar.

    2. On the Pricing page, select the frequency of your subscription (Monthly or Yearly), and then choose the plan you wish to get.

    3. Below the plan, click Upgrade.

    4. Finalize the checkout process and once done, hit Complete.

You only need to upgrade to a higher plan if you want to have a bigger usage space. If you think the Starter Plan can meet your monthly needs, you can stay with it. You can visit your account's Usage page to check the limits you have for your account. To know more about an account's usage space and limits, check out this link.

To avoid confusion, I moved one of your questions to a new thread and helped you with that hereAs for your other question, I've also moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
