Ok so the jot form works but I get them as a thread (one email multiply customer)
Is this the way it supposed to work?

Are you referring to the email notification you're receiving every time someone submitted to your form? If yes, you can disable it by deleting the email notification.
You can still view the submissions on the Submission Panel. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
