I got an email saying my account was downgraded.

    I am in the beginning of an open application form for an event that i'm throwing and I need people to be able to apply. My card is not expired, the exp is 10/19. Why was it brought down to bronze and is going to be canceled tomorrow? I paid.

    I have checked the status of your account and see that you have upgraded your account to the Silver Monthly plan after a day of being in the Bronze Monthly plan

    The email you received (the one you posted in your other thread) only states that the Bronze Monthly plan was canceled when you upgraded the account to the Silver plan.

    You can disregard that email. You can verify that your account has an active Silver plan when you check the billing section of your accounts page — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
