Work flow with signature feature

    Hi-

I was hoping someone could assist---I am in need of a form feature that I am sure can be done only I cannot follow the previous directed email as the screens look very different from the current I have---the menus are not the same.

I need to have a form built in with 2 signatures then emailed to me for filing purposes. The first signature would be my handyman and the 2nd could be a tenant confirming the work is complete. Essentially it would be emailed from my handyman to tenant for signature, then emailed from Tenant to me once completed for filing. I dont necessarily need to sign but I need to work flow to occur as stated. This is necessary because the tenant is not always at home when the repair is complete, so emailing the form for signature would be ideal---esignature seems to be a solution ONLY if they are both together face to face where the phone can be passed for signatures. Additionally, I would like the workflow option since a comment section would be added for the tenant to complete, that I would not necessarily want the handyman to view. Please help---

    Thanks

You can add two E-Signature fields and email a submission edit link to the tenant, so they will be able to complete their step.

Please check the next guide to get an idea on the setup:

    Hi
The prior information was extremely helpful and useful—However i did run into a problem—
Since the purpose of my work flow is to confirm tenant repairs by handymen, I did notice there is a glitch that may prove to be an issue in the future….
In my workflow, the handyman sends the sheet off to the tenant for signature, once the tenant signs it then comes to me….All works well, however
In my testing, I noticed that when the email is sent to the tenant from my handyman, the objective is for the tenant to sign to form ONLY, however i noticed that they are able to make changes to what my handyman submitted which CANNOT happen…I need this to be private or un-editable at the least but they still need to see the information submitted by the handyman….
Ideally i would like to see the information grayed out but still viewable
    or
ANY edits made by the tenant will be sent to me showing what was edited? or at least show my in the subject of the email that the form was EDITED so I can review the changes…
In my setup, I have an email coming to me once the handyman submits his form- even though the tenant has not signed as yet. Once the tenant signs i then receives another email with both signatures, however in the issue stated above I would like to see 2 emails, one that shows what the tenant edited that says EDITED and the final email they signed saying Final or Signed or some other word to show the difference——this would be a great help if this level of information can be tracked or traced…
I look forward to your response…

I can see that you have set up conditions to send emails based on which fields are filled.

Also, the send on Edit seems to be set to ON in both the Notification and the Autoresponder email.

You can HIDE or DISABLE certain fields when the form is in Edit mode with the help of the Get Form Page URL Widget.
