Account Usage and Limits: Starter Plan

If I am using the job form app just for a store does that count against any of my views? If I have no forms? being used?

Also, if I do have a form being used like. a customer survey at the end and I run out of those does it start billing me for additional ones or will it just stop the customer survey question?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you do not have a form, people will not be able to view your forms, meaning this will not count as form views.

If you reach your limit, you will be prompted and will not be able to use your form or submit it, you will not be charged unless you upgrade to one of our Subscription plans. You can check out our prices here.

Additionally, if a customer submits a response, it will count towards your total submissions. Your Starter plan includes 100 monthly submissions and 1000 form views. If you anticipate needing more, I strongly suggest upgrading your current subscription. We offer various subscription plans tailored to your specific needs.
