Could you use a jotform to update a 'live data base'?

For example - membership details like name, address, nedical info etc

    Thanks

    Hi Admin_Battlecry,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share which database you're using? In the meantime, we have an option to send submissions to MySQL database, but I'm afraid some programming knowledge is required to set this up.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Admin_Battlecry,

Thanks for getting back to us. I believe you wanted to update your live databases as soon as you receive the submission in your form, am I correct? If so, you could use Zapier or webhook to directly send the submission to your databases. We have a guide on How to Send Submission Data via a Webhook and How to Use Zapier with Jotform that you can check out to know more about it.

If possible, can you explain your requirement in more detail? Like how you want the form and submissions to behave when you receive them? In which database you want them to be sent? This will help as to better understand your requirements, and we can guide you accordingly.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
