Thanks for getting back to us. I took a look at the four forms in your account, to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I suggest clearing the browser's cache and cookies before trying to access the form again. If the issue persists, please share the URL of your form or the link where your form is embedded. Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot showing the error, including the console log.
