Hi there, we are having issues with files that contain spaces when uploaded into our forms. When we open a file that contains a space, the email notification comes through with a text link that leads to a blank document.
After Googling I've noticed that there's a previous ticket (September 2017) regarding this from another user, and it was deemed fixed.
Can you please get back to me regarding this? Our customer base is quite large (and therefore harder to educate on removing the spaces from files) and I anticipate this will continue to cause issues for us in the future if not remedied.

Please provide the URL of the uploaded files you are having issues with. You may also provide the submission IDs so that we can further investigate.
