I see you can group forms, but is there a way to group submissions from one form into individual folders?

To my understanding, you want to create multiple folders in one form to organize/group the submissions.
Unfortunately, we do not have a form feature that can create folders to group the submissions. However, you can download your submissions and group it manually.
