Hello,
We had 2 candidates that took a CSS Skills Self Assessment through our JotForm link. They were taken within a few hours of one another, there appear to be a couple of answers that overlap/repeat. Can you please take a look and advise me as to how this could have occurred? Also, how do I prevent this from happening in the future? Also, if possible, can you tell me which person actually gave these answers and if there is a way to view the other candidate's responses?
That discovery led to a question about one of the candidates Asst Self Assessment, did she truly skip these questions, or were they somehow not read through the JotForm test?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We're unable to access files from your private drive. Let us know the URL of the form, the submission ID of the submissions in question, as well as a screenshot of the answers that overlap/repeat. Check the steps and screenshot below on how to add a screenshot in your reply.
- Click the Add Image button.
- A. Paste the image URL or upload the image from your device.
B. Click the Add button to post the image on your thread.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

The repeat answers are no longer repeat according to the PDF, they were printed out after the 2 tests were taken and the answers were exactly the same and now they are not.

Hi ccanimaler,
Thanks for sending the screenshots. I checked the forms PDF Editor, and all fields are lined up just fine. If you've updated your form, the PDF report will be updated as well. If the PDF report isn't updated or the fields shows some overlap, you will need to go to PDF Editor to manually update the PDF report. Here's how you can do that:
- In Form Builder, click on the Arrow Down icon and choose PDF Editor.
- The below pop-up will show up, click on the Yes, Proceed button.
