Form over quota error

I already Clear submission form / all record data / trash but upload space still limit

how to reset it ?

I've also cleared your form's cache and see that your form is now in good standing status.

In the future, consider clearing your form's cache to clear the error after deleting submissions or upgrading your account to increase your limits immediately.
