What is monthly submissions?

hi, I would like to ask about limit Monthly Submissions , If I use sliver plan. it limit 2,500Monthly Submissions

how many Emails can we send to user? Is it only 2,500?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The monthly submissions are the total number of times the users can submit your form each month. For Silver plan, you can get up to 2,500 regular submissions. When you reach this limit, your form will temporarily be disabled. You will then have the option to upgrade to a higher plan, or if you do not want to upgrade you can wait for the submission limits to reset to "0" which happens the following month. For Silver plan, you can send 100 notifications per hour. The limit applies to the outgoing emails sent through the send mail button in tables. If you need to send more than a hundred emails per hour, I suggest looking into our Emailing Integration partners here.
