I am not sure what I may have done to offend but my account has been suspended I cannot access forms. I

n addition, although I tested the links, my clients are not receiving them when I share via email - a wee bit embarrassing.
What gives, please? Have I just wasted a ridiculous amount of time creating forms that I cannot use or access? Please advise at your earliest convenience.

    Hi Tara,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that your account was suspended because you are collecting credit card information, the violation was found in your form 233225147920148. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Please note that collecting sensitive information such as credit card information is a violation of our Terms of Use. If you want to charge your form users on a later date, you can select from our available payment integrations that have the option to charge the customer on a later date.

Your form hasn't received any submissions, I deleted the offending fields and reactivated your account. I also went ahead and whitelisted your IP address.

I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi Chris, and thank you for your response. I definitely would like to be able to use a credit card authorization template, as I created, and certainly understand the need to protect sensitive personal information. I was actually trying to figure out how to add encryption protection but could not figure out how to add protection, then also be able to send and receive the completed form from my clients. Sorry to have accidentally broken your terms of use! That said, it seems logical to assume that because there are credit card authorization templates available on your platform, there IS a correct way to use them and I just need some instruction. Could you please walk me through the proper way to create and send these types of sensitive docs? TY!

    Hi Tara,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can link your payment gateway account to your form by adding a Payment Integration. You will receive all payments into your payment gateway account. Payment processing is performed by the payment gateway, not by Jotform. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add From Element.
    2. Go to Payments and select your preferred Payment Integration.
    3. Click/Drag to add to your form and connect your payment gateway account.
    4. Click on Continue.
Check out the screencast below to see my results:
