I use Mailjet to send emails and use Jotform link. I want the form to be pre-populated with the contact information of the receiver. Is it possible to do that?

    Hi Priyam,

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. You can achieve this by using the Manual Prefill feature, which allows you to enter your customer's contact information from Mailjet. This feature generates a unique link that the customer can use to complete the remaining fields on the form. Let me walk you through it:

    • Navigate to the Publish tab in Form Builder, select Prefill, and then Manual Prefill.
    • Click Add a new prefill, fill in the fields you want to be prefilled, and then click Create.
    • If you don't want the customers to be able to edit the fields you've prefilled, check the Read Only box.
    • Choose Copy URL from the three-dot menu, or send the prefilled link via email.

    Hi Joseph,

Thanks for sharing this. I had a look at this, but I am not sure how it will work in case of mass emails.

So we send out newsletters to our database, with a form link. People in our database can then use that form to express interest in a webinar or a project.

Before moving to Jotform, we were using Hubspot, which allowed us to auto-populate the form on the basis of the contacts email id. So when a reader opened the form, all they had to do was hit the submit button or just fill in missing information.

Now as we have changed the technology we are using, we are trying to find a solution which will allow us to do the same.

The solution you proposed, would probably work for individual emails, but not sure how it would work if I am sending the email to a big mass.

Let me know if it makes things more clear or if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Priyam

    Hi Priyam,

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. We have a Spreadsheet to form widget that you can use to import your data. Let me show you how:

    • Create a spreadsheet that includes your data in the structure you see below. The column names in the spreadsheet and field names on the form must be the same. Here’s the demo form and sample spreadsheet

To add the Spreadsheet to form widget  let me walk you through:

    1. Click on Add form element then click on Widgets.
    2. On the search field, type in Spreadsheet to form widget then click on it.
    3. Once added, the widget settings will open, under general you can upload the spreadsheet.
    4. Select Email as an access code.
