I had this form working for the past month, and now I have one person unable to complete the form because of the following error (see attached screenshot). At one point I was afraid we had used up all our free payment options but now I don't see any errors when I log in, so I'm not sure if it's related.
How can I fix this error?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, can you share a screenshot of the Console Report? This guide will show you how to do that. You can also suggest the user to check with PayPal to see if there are any issues with their account.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
