Submission Limit Reset Date

Hi, can you confirm that my submission count restarts again tomorrow with the first of May?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can confirm your limits will reset on May 1, 2024. When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset on the first day of the limit reset period, or upgrade your account to increase your limits. You can view the start date of your next limit reset period under the Usage tab of your Account page.  Let me show you how:

1. Hover your mouse over your avatar/profile on the top-right of the page and click Settings.
2. Go to the Usage tab on the left-hand side of the page. You will see under monthly usage on when the monthly limit resets.

Good morning. I am concerned because I received an email this morning, May 1, that I am reaching my submission limit, should it not be reset to zero today?
