Paypal Integration

    I have had this form for years and I duplicated a form to make another like it and now when people register it is telling them that PayPal info if incorrect.  I have checked the info which i didnt not change and has not changed.  It worked, i duplicated the page and now it is not working.  I went to to the form, add element, payment, pay pal, edit, then the gear, checked the info there and it is correct with my email for paypal.  So what now?

    I checked the most recent forms you created http://www.jotform.us/form/80998652084167 and http://www.jotform.us/form/80998601384164 and they are not integrated with PayPal.

    I integrated the two new forms as you have instructed. I tried the new
    forms and it says PayPal doesn't seem to be working, which is different
    than it said before, but still not working.
    The original form that I duplicated was the General Registration form and
    it is still doing the same as when I spoke to you before. When I hit
    submit it does nothing. Please take a look at these forms.
    1.General Registration
    2. Name Sign Registration form
    3. Petcasso registration form

    I tested your forms and they are working fine on my end. I was redirected to the PayPal checkout page when I submitted all of your forms.

    Is the issue resolved on your end as well? If not please provide us a screenshot of the error message you are getting. You can also test your form using a different browser and device. 

    If the forms are embedded provide us the webpage link.

    I see that video and that is how it is supposed to work. I did it again
    and it still doesnt work for me when i hit submit it does nothing. The
    customers have said the same thing so I'm not sure what to do at this
    point. I guess Ill have a friend try it and see what they get.

    Please try clearing your browsers cache before testing again. Let us know how it goes.

    I still can't submit the form and my customers can't either. Please fix
    this ASAP!!! MY customers are getting upset and aren't registering for my
    events. This is a serious issue and it needs fixed on your end somehow.

    I can't replicate this issue. I was successfully redirected to the PayPal upon submit.

    Just in case I've cleared your form caches.
