Account stays overlimit after deleting submissions

Hi paydirt,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I just checked your account and I see that you are on the overlimit status because you have used up 102.10 MB of file upload space. The limit for Starter accounts is 100 MB.

To free up this space, you have to delete submissions with files uploaded to them. I see that you have 0 submissions on all your forms now. Your account stays overquota because the deleted submissions are still stored in the Trashed Folder which still take space on your upload space.

In order to reactivate your account, you must also purge these submissions from the "Trashed Entries". It's really easy. Let me show you how:

1. Open the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon next to it.
2. Select Trashed entries from the men

1. In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
2. Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.

sorry bnut i cant even see that screen or a way to delete trashed items

Thanks for getting back to us. As my colleague mention above, deleted submissions are stored in the Trashed Entries, which counts against your upload space limit. To free up the space, you need to delete submissions from Trashed folder. Let me show you how you can delete submissions from Trashed entries:

• Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow next to the Jotform Logo and select Tables.
• Click on the Three Dots icon in the first tab located at the left top of the table, and select Trashed Entries.
• In the menu that opens on the right side of the screen, choose the entries to delete, and then select Delete Forever.

We have also recalculated your Upload Limit, and it is now at 32.48/100.00 MB. We have reactivated your account, and cleared the form cache that should fix the issue. Can you check again now?
