Printing, Saving, and Signing forms

I want to use JotForm to create a job application form.  Once a prospective employee fills in the form on JotForm, is there a way for me to create a PDF of that form to include in the person's employee file?

Also - is there a way for an applicant to initial within the form and then sign it as well?
