Show forms based on user selection

    E.g.

    What Services do you receive?
    A. NDIS
    B. Aged Care

    If A is selected they fill out form 1, If B is selected, they fill out form 2.

    Hi Ainslie,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. It is possible to display different forms based on the user selection on a form. Let me walk you through the steps:

    1. In Form Builder of your main form, add a Single Choice element for the selection. Show forms based on user selection Image 1 Screenshot 50
    2. Next, add two iframe widgets for each selection and enter the related Form URL. Show forms based on user selection Image 2 Screenshot 61
    3. Finally, add a Show/Hide field condition to display the related iframe widget based on user selection. Show forms based on user selection Image 3 Screenshot 72
