Thanks for patiently waiting. It is possible to display different forms based on the user selection on a form. Let me walk you through the steps:
- In Form Builder of your main form, add a Single Choice element for the selection.
- Next, add two iframe widgets for each selection and enter the related Form URL.
- Finally, add a Show/Hide field condition to display the related iframe widget based on user selection.
