Submit form as XML

My clients website is built with Wordpress.

We are currently using the page builder Elementor and Gravity Forms.

We are looking for a solution that will work with their CRM system.

I need the forms to output as XML and send to their inbox - their CRM will then run a process that picks up the emails and creates a lead from there.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks,

    James.

    Hi James,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there isn't a direct export option for submissions to XML format. However, we have the alternative of generating an RSS Listing Report, which is in XML format. You can refer to this guide about creating RSS-Listing report. Alternatively, you can download the submissions as either an Excel or CSV file and subsequently convert it to XML using third-party software.

Feel free to reach out if you have any queries or require additional support.
