Questions about subscribing for 1 month only.

May I inquire, how your monthly subscription works? my concern is, If I

subscribe for 1 month, then I want to unsubscribe, will I be banned? as I

will only subscribe for the months I will use it, then unsubscribe again if

there's no event, then will activate it again if I need it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you subscribe monthly, once you cancel your subscription, your account will switch back automatically to our Starter (free) plan and Your Account Usage and Limits will adjust to your current plan.

You will not be banned on accessing your account, you can still use it but for example you have 20 active forms then you cancel your subscription since on our Starter plan only allows up to 5 active forms, all 20 forms will remain active. However, you won't be able to create new forms due to the usage limit. If you don't want to delete the form, you can leave the unused form in the archive to free up the limit.

And yes, you can unsubscribe anytime you prefer and upgrade again once needed. You can visit our Jotform Features and Pricing page to check the plan that will suit your needs.
