Submission Limit: total did not reset

My total submissions did not reset today. It is still showing total for April. Can you help? We are nearly at our limit.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking, your Submission limit indeed is almost at it's limit and did not reset. I have manually recalculated it on my end, and it's now updated and showing the correct value of 1 / 1,000.
