I have a form that is made in the a paid account and I want to share it to another free account so that he/she can open the form using jotform app in their mobile phones using the Kiosk lock so that only the form is used and not its submissions.

Please give a solution for this cross account sharing of forms

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, the forms can be used in Kiosk mode if the user will download Jotform App. First, add their email as an assignee to your form, they will receive an email and should accept the invite so the form will show to their Jotform Account (It will ask them to create one).

After logging in to the app, they can now fill out the form in Kiosk mode. Let me show you how:

    • In your Forms page, tap on All Forms under the Search icon.
    • Tap on Assigned Forms under Assigned To Me.
    • Click on the Form and then Select Kiosk Mode.
    • Configure the settings and then click on Launch Kiosk Mode.

We also have a guide on How to Use Kiosk Mode in Jotform Mobile Forms that you can check out.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any additional help.
