Hi,
I work for the Mass General Brigham and we would like to pay for our yearly subscription by check. I don't have a corporate credit card. Can you please let me know if this is possible? If so, please send me an invoice so I can process payment.

Hi Fabiola,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting payment by check. You may check out our Billing Help Guide. We only accept paying by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal if you want to upgrade your account subscription. Let me show you how to do it:
- In your My Forms page, select Pricing on the blue navigation bar on the upper right side of the page.
- On the Pricing page, choose the plan that you want.
- From the checkout page, you can choose between Monthly or Yearly for the Payment Schedule. And for the Payment Method, choose from Credit/Debit Card and PayPal.
- Click on I agree to the Terms of Service, then click on the Continue button at the bottom of the page.
- If you choose the Credit/Debit Card payment method, fill out the Credit Card Information that will pop out, then click on the Complete button at the bottom of the page.
- If you choose the PayPal option, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page and complete the payment.
