Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question. If you create a form with one of our payment element integrations, and users submit it successfully with a payment, it will be counted as a valid payment. With our starter plan, you can receive 10 payment submissions per month. If you exceed this limit, you can upgrade your account to increase limits.
