Inquiry Regarding Submission Reset Date for Monthly Limit

Hello can you tell me which day my submission number resets? I got an emails saying I was reaching my 2500 submission limit, but today is the 1st. When does it reset?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, the monthly usage limits on your account get's reseted by the 1st of each new month. Sometimes, it might take some time until the update takes place. I went ahead and calculated your monthly usage manually. Currently you have 11 / 2,500 of available submissions.

If I delete submissions does it free that number up?

Thanks for getting back to us. Certainly, removing submissions can help alleviate the usage limit on Upload Space. Allow me to demonstrate how it's done:

• Go to the Jotform Table.
• Select the submissions to delete and then click on the Delete button at the upper right.
• On the pop-up window, click on the Move To Trash button to confirm deleting the submissions.

The deleted submission will remain in the Trashed Entries folder for 30 day before it gets purged. At this point, it's still consuming the Upload Space. You have to manually purge them to complete delete them from our server. Here's how to purge them.

• On the Jotform Table, click on the 3 vertical dots on the right of the table tab.
• Select the Trashed Entries.
• Select all the deleted entries and then click on the Delete Forever button.
• Confirm it on the pop-up window.
