My form views didn’t reset that’s why my customers can’t view and submit their order

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that this is very stressful. Rest assured, I’m here to help. Can you please check your account's monthly reset date? Since it differs per user, you may have a different date showing up in your account. Let me show you how to check it:
- Click your profile avatar in the top right corner of your My Forms' page.
- Next, click Settings.
- On the left panel, click Usage.
- From there, you will see the date on when your monthly usage will reset.
If it is still not the date you're expecting, you may wait a bit more time for it to fully reset. I suggest upgrading to a higher plan to get more usage space. You can also check this link to know more about account usage and limits.
