The response from the remote server was:

550 5.7.9 This mail has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated. Yahoo requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM.

    Hi LAXMAN,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you're unable to send an email. Is this also about your form where you set SMTP? I checked the email address and we can't see any accounts. Can you provide us the email address associated to the account in questions?

Once we hear back from you, we can help you better.

The error message you’re seeing indicates that the email you sent was blocked because it failed authentication checks. This is a common issue when the domain sending the email does not have proper SPF (Sender Policy Framework) or DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) records set up. These are email authentication methods that help prevent spam and phishing by verifying that the sender is authorized to send email on behalf of the domain.

    Hi LAXMAN,

Thanks for getting back to us. Please check this guide for a possible reason why you're not receiving email. Also, please whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
