Why do I now need to pay for subscription?

    Hi- I have a free subscription and I thought I was within the range of still having it free. Now you have emailed and said I need to upgrade? I only have less than 10 submissions from one form. Am I missing something?

    Hi Becky,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I went ahead and checked your account and can see that you're still within your account limits. In addition, the main difference is the usage limits like form submissions, form views, upload space, and submission storage. The Starter allows you to have 100 monthly submissions and 10 Monthly payment submissions, while the Bronze plan allows you to store 1,000 submissions monthly and 100 Monthly payment submissions. You can check out our pricing page to see more of our paid plans and their features. You also have the option to subscribe to a Monthly or Annual plan.

    I tried going on my link that my clients would go on and it says I have reached my account limits and don’t allow anyone to fill out form.

    Hi Becky,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your form, but I was able to access it. Can you try clearing your browser's cache and clearing your form caches to see If the issue persists? Here's how:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    • In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
