Create a form and receive their submissions.

    Hello,


    We are the Stateline Family YMCA. We are currently looking for a more efficient way to send HR paperwork to new hires. We do everything by paper. We would like to be able to send fillable documents to send to new hires to fill out easily and be able to send back. Is this something JotForm can do?

    Hi Norma,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can create a simple form, and set up email notifications for you to automatically get notified when someone submits the form. If you want to convert your own PDF into a Jotform form, you can use the Smart PDF Form features. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. Sign up, then log in to your Jotform account, and go to the My Forms page.
    2. Click on Create Form in the upper-left corner of the page, and select Import Form.
    3. Click on Upload Document, and upload your own PDF.
    4. Once uploaded, you can start mapping your form fields onto your original PDF.
