I'm hoping for some help with a strange issue I'm having with an order form integrated with Square. For some customers, the form gets stuck on "please wait" after they hit submit. It might eventually go through after a few tries, but it's not the smooth experience I'd like.
The form works as expected on my end, but I'm getting reports of this problem from others. I've already tried the standard troubleshooting steps from other forums about this issue (clearing cache, etc.).

Hi Isaiah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.
We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

Hi Isaiah,
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. I’m sorry you're having difficulties getting that feature to work. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. After investigating it a bit, I found what's causing the issue is when the warning for the minimum amount has been triggered, that's when the payment widget gets stuck. I made a comparison between whether the minimum amount is enabled, and whether it's disabled. This is what's happening if the minimum amount warning is triggered. Check out the screencast below:
As you can see, the form didn't submit. Now, this is what's happening if the minimum amount is disabled. Check out the screencast below:
As you can see, the form was submitted properly. To fix the issue, we need to disable the minimum amount for your payment widget, and set a Conditional Logic instead to let them know about the minimum amount on your form. Let me show you how to do it:
First, let's disable the minimum amount on your form:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon of your payment widget, and click on Settings.
2. Toggle off Enable Minimum Order Amount.
Now, let's add the needed widgets for the alternative minimum amount warning:
1. Click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page, and drag, and drop Number widget, and Paragraph widget on your form.
2. Hover your mouse over the Number widget, and right-click on your mouse.
3. Click on Hide.4. Click on the Pencil icon of your Paragraph widget.
5. Enter the minimum amount warning message, and click on the Checkmark icon of your Paragraph widget.
Now, let's set a condition to determine the value of the payment widget, and display the warning if it's less than the minimum amount:
1. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
2. Click on Add Condition, and choose Update/Calculate Field.3. Copy the condition settings below:
4. Click on Add Condition again, and choose Show/Hide Field.
5. Copy the condition settings below:
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks so much for responding so quickly. The support team on Jotform is at another level compared to other platforms. I will try this new way of doing the order minimum and see if it works. Thanks so much!

In step 3, I do not see any condition settings to copy. What settings should this condition have?

Hi Isaiah,
Thanks for getting back to us. for the third step, you'll just have to add the condition in the screenshot below to your form:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Awesome, there are two screenshots given showing different things. What does the other screenshot show? Thanks! I was able to add the conditions that were sent most recently.

Hi sproutingacresfarm,
Thanks for reaching back to us. The other condition is a Show/Hide Conditional Logic. My colleague suggest this as an alternative to the minimum order amount. You add this condition below:
Give it a try and let us know if you need more help. -

Great, I was able to add that condition and it works great.
I now have a problem only on my Google Pixel 6 phone where the email page is missing and shows review and submit on a blank page. I have to click review and submit on a blank page to see the review page. Another phone I have which is a Google Pixel 4A works smoothly with no blank page. The photo below is from the Google Pixel 6 -
