ajsajsAsked on April 19, 2018 at 6:53 PMHi Mike,
Since you been great, can you please walk me through this:
1. I have an engagement letter (agreement) set up as another form on JotForm (I will be upgrading by the way).
2. I would like to make it so that before the customer can move forward and checkout, they have to review the letter, enter their name, and check off a box stating that they “agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the letter.”
3. How can I do it so that the customer can review the letter, enter their name on the letter, and then check off the “I agree” part?
Thank you again.
Regards,
Albert

We have widgets that you can use for the terms and conditions, guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/76-Adding-a-License-Agreement-to-a-Form. But since you want them to affix their name or email in it, I would suggest Adobe Sign or DocuSign.

ajsajsReplied on April 23, 2018 at 6:43 PMHi,
Thank you for the helpful responses.
How can I incorporate these options, especially the adobe sign, as part of the form that I’m working on? The customer has to answer several questions and then, in the end, I want them to have to view the agreement and click “I agree” using one of the options you’ve noted below.
Is this possible?
Thank you,
Albert

We do have a user guide on how to add widgets, here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form.
How can I incorporate these options, especially the Adobe sign, as part of the form that I’m working on?
In the Form Builder, you just need to click the "Add Form Element" button and then go to the "Widgets" tab. After that, search for "Adobe Sign" widget and then drag it to the bottom of the form.
After that, please click the blue "Authenticate" button.
The customer has to answer several questions and then, in the end, I want them to have to view the agreement and click “I agree” using one of the options you’ve noted below.
Please use the Text tool and insert the Terms and Conditions.
After that, please insert the Terms & Conditions widget below the Text element.
Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
