"Not Available" Error when submitting the form.

REIVAX Daily P&L says "Not Available" when we hit submit.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Does this issue happen to multiple form fillers? If not, I suggest you advise the affected form filler to clear his browser's caches, or use a different browser when trying again. I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches from the backend. If the same thing happens again, can you tell us if the form is currently embedded to a website? If yes, can you give us the website URL?

Also, if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

and phones and still having a problem

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, I can't see the screenshot you attached. Can you attach it again? Let me show you how:

1. Once you reply on this thread, go to the Your Answer section, and click the Add Image button in the tools above the reply area.
2. Next, paste the image URL or upload the image from your device.
3. Click the Add button to post the image on your thread.
4. Lastly, click the Post Answer button in the thread to send your reply, which includes the image.

Also, since I can't replicate the issue after cloning your form, can we do a test submission in your form to see if we can replicate the issue in your live form?
