Any discount code for Jotforms?

I know we would do a year, but is there any discount code for signing up for the Bronze level.

I'm pushing them to us this and I got some hope, I just need the price a little lower.

I was told they were having difficulty extending the welcome offer since the account is 90 days old (phew time flies!) You can see we are slow to use it but I have taken effort to get them to want to pay for this but they only will if they get that welcome offer. The chat offered the solution to make a new account , and transfer forms, but then the chat fell off. Can't you guys just make it easy to pay for the product by extending the welcome offer. It took time to ease them into the need for Jotforms.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your account and I can see the discount is activated in your account. You will see the discounted price on the pricing page when you upgrade the account. Please ensure you are logged in to your account when upgrading the account. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.

It still just has the 50% off for the annual subscription... making it $19.50 a month.

That was always there.

We were not looking to spend more than $15 a month.

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, the 50% discount is the best discount we can offer. The discount is first offered when you create the account, which shows the discounted price. However, this is only for a limited time. We have extended the offer to your account so that might be the reason why you saw the discount price earlier.
