I'm using the Date Reservation Widget. It's okay at best. Only useful if the requirements are very simple.
A small issue that has come up, that seems like there is not easy remedy for, is rescheduling reservation dates. Is my only option to cancel the appointment and tell the customer to rebook? If this was quick, no problem but my form requires several steps. It's still only about 5 minutes to fill out but, simply rebooking would be way easier.

Hi James,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is possible to allow your customer to reschedule their appointment. However, editing submission is not possible if the Jotform Sign Automation is enabled. If you need to allow your user to reschedule their appointment on a different date, you need to disable the Jotform Sign Automation and add an Edit Link to the Autoresponder Email. Here's how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
- Click on the Jotform Sign on the lower left side.
- Toggle Off the Jotform Sign Automation option.
- Next, click on the Emails menu.
- Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email and click the Pencil icon.
- Under the Emails tab, click on the field where you want to position the Edit Link and click the Form Fields button
- Select Edit Link and click on Save.
They can click the Edit Submission option in the email confirmation they received to edit their submission:
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
