How can I eliminate function codes from my form template?

Please advise me why function codes are proceeding my form that I have included in this message?

Hello and thank you for your prompt response. I was able to remove the signature and email feature I had added to the form. I thought this was causing my view of the form to reveal the function codes of my add ins. It also had added the mobile widget, which was not intended for this form. The bottom line is that I would like to start having my team use this form immediately, but it is saying that I must open it in Acrobat Reader to submit it. Please let me know if this is the case to have my IT team download it if possible.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, your screenshot didn't come thorugh. Are you asking about the yellow banner displayed at the top of the form? If that's the case, the yellow banner is generated by the browser's PDF viewer and isn't a part of the fillable PDF form itself.

A fillable PDF form contains real form fields, but only certain PDF editors are compatible with this format. When you view it in Adobe Acrobat, a PDF editor that supports fillable forms, you won't see any banner.

What I am referring to, I have just copied the contents of the form that I am viewing. I hope it will reveal what I see on my end for you to advise me of how I remove so my team has a clean form to complete?

Thanks for getting back to us. Are you facing this issue on Fillable PDF or Form Preview? The screenshot you attached didn't come through. Can you send it again? This guide will show you how to do that. Can you change Access Setting of the form to Public, so we can clone the form and try to replicate the issue? Let me show you how you can change Access Setting:

• Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
• Click on Private Form, on the side of Share With Link, and set it to Public Form.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with it.

Can you share us the video on how did you got the screenshot you have provided please so that we can further investigate it for you? Also, you can do a screen record via Loom.

You are the fourth support rep that has not been able to see what I have sent to the last support tech rep. At this point I had to recreate the form from scratch and I have done so. I will keep the account for future use of maybe templates that I can use.
